Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within defined response times.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and processes.
Handle order placement, edits, and ensure accurate data entry in CRM/helpdesk systems.
Track orders and assist customers with updates and account-related queries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high accuracy in all interactions to minimize errors and rework.
Ensure a positive customer experience and follow up for issue resolution.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
