Marketing Manager Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in different sectors.
• Develop key accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Develop monthly/annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain strong follow-up system with customers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales & marketing reports.
• Coordinate with production & design teams for order execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or Business
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in packaging/printing industry
• Strong knowledge of Offset, Gravure, Flexo printing processes
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Proven track record in B2B sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
