We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations during night hours. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently when the office is quiet.
· Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning
· Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
· Answer and redirect emails and phone calls; respond to inquiries professionally
· Monitor and order office supplies as needed
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation
· Support management with routine clerical duties
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Manage overnight email correspondence and urgent requests
· Prepare morning reports and documents for next-day meetings
· Ensure office is organized and ready for day shift arrival
· Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
