Social Media Associate Full Time

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Social Media Managers who know how to turn strategy into growth. In this role, you’ll be matched with one of our international clients — often a fast-growing brand or founder-led business — and take ownership of their social media presence from end to end.

This means creating impactful content, driving engagement, and helping the brand connect authentically with its audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights
• Content Creation: Design branded graphics (via Canva) and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) based on provided footage
• Scheduling & Publishing: Manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions using the right tone and brand voice
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements
• Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social media trends, best practices, and emerging content formats
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly check-ins and work closely with client-side teams

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Proven success in growing accounts and driving engagement
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual content and short-form video work
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush)
• Familiarity with scheduling/analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Great time management and creative thinking
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage projects independently

Important Details

• This is a full-time remote role based in Pakistan
• Working hours align with UAE time zone (~10AM to 7PM Pakistan time)
• You’ll be employed by Fivestaff and work closely with one of our client companies
